What is a durable setup that will not break in a pocket during a hard labor job?

Just as a side thought, maybe pockets that have a button or snap?
Or, a leather leg holster? I have one my Glock and one for my APV. I can quick-draw both. (j/k..)
He wears a cargo style pant, its Navy work uniform so they have pretty spacious pockets (which may be the problem? I don't know). He usually puts it in the side pocket down his thigh near his knee, rather than the pocket close to the belt. A holster would look hilarious/great on him, but it's probably not allowed due to their strict uniform policies on the ship. Good idea though, I love the idea of a quick draw haha
If he liked the Spinner but hated how easy it folds and breaks he will like the istick even more...Seriously!
A Dripper mod (IMHO) is a whole nother world that leads to never ending tinkering, spending and upgrading.

Oh I agree. I believe a better battery with a tank is the best solution, but convincing a stubborn husband is difficult. At worst, he buys a drip set up he hates and has to save up for something he likes. At best, it works great for him and problem solved. All I can do is show him the forum and let him see all the suggestions you guys have. I have him watching youtube reviews right now, so hopefully one of them can convince him. Who knows.
You might also have him check out the big dripper. It's a "dripper tank" where the base is a dripper, but there's a tank above it and you can pump liquid down onto the coils.
Although the concept is great, I do wish the base for it was a little better, though. Not very easy to re-coil.

Lol, it's his money if he wants it he can certainly get it! He just started looking today, so I imagine it'll be a few days until he makes a decision.
The VTR is what he needs with an Kanger Aerotank as the iClear30s is junk...
I think this looks like a really good solution. I showed him this and he likes it, but is still leaning toward a drip with mechanical. I think something like this would work best, so I'm trying to talk him into it. Do all of the aerotanks fit into the VTR or only a specific version?
Just the stock Aerotank, the VTR does comes with an extension tube so he can install a dripper on top of it for a dual purpose mod if he chooses.
The top ring is only 19mm so a few different tanks will fit. He will also need 18650 batteries and a charger.

Mind that I don't own one, but mech + dripper = Reo. Mini or grand. Solid rep. Bit costly though.
While I do have a IStick, its not something I'd depend on without a backup near by. Its an ok APV. Cheap threads, wonky voltage, and won't work with all tanks, drippers etc.

You really want something that is short in length sticking above the 510 connector. This is the point at which a mod or a topper will break at!
I use a stingray clone, I think it's an Infinite made in the phantom brass
I use the veritas or the magma drippers on it at work. Short tough drippers that will hold 20 drops of juice. That's quite a bit before another fill is needed. You do need to almost vape it dry before putting it back in your pocket. After a few uses you can figure out how many hits you get from a certain amount of drops put it. You get a full work day out of one good 18650 battery with a near 1 ohm coil. This is a short, tough, 18650 mech mod setup that looks great too. Another possible bonus is that after you vape it dry, you can change to another flavor if you want. Pack up some small 3ml. bottles.

REO REO REO. It's as close to indestructible as you can find. I wear dickies cargo pants at work and it fits in the pocket perfectly. Best flavor and vapor are found in drippers. The onboard tank holds 6ml of juice! They are made out of 6061 aluminum. Check out the reo forum for more info. And I would like to add that rob, the owner of reosmods, is second to none in customer service and the reonauts are the best bunch of vaping folks that I have found. After I got my reo grand, the only device that I could ever buy to replace my reo is another reo.
