There's a few 'translations'
One from cisco (avidvaper.com) is the .357HH which is a combination of a 510 atomizer body with a low resistance coil of the 306 atomizer. And with most attys that are called 'hybrids' there is no 'bridge' (the protruding 'arch' above the coil in most atomizers) and much metal mesh around the 'pot' that holds the coil. They are made mainly for dripping but that's where the other 'hybrid' connotation comes in.
Vapage makes 'hybrid atomizers' - similarly no bridge, much mesh and they are good for dripping AND bottom feeding
mods. Some atomizer design doesn't allow for bottom feeding or they are obstructed, whereas these attys are made for both bottom feeding and dripping.
There are other uses of the 'hybrid' tag but usually at a site of purchase that explains the peculiar use of it.
