I too learned the hard way. Finally just told them that I'd sit down at a computer with them and help them place an order.
Then they either didn't stick with it and it was their lose, or they knew how to take care of themselves.

They were let's say pc challenged sat at there computer noticed they still paid for AOL! Most I got my money back did not give all the kits away. I will stop throwing out the 5 or so cards I get with every order always wondered why vendors put so many in.

Purchased 3 MV mod boxes put them together all 3 were given out last night at my sons christening, Each person has 1 week to try it and then. 1-order their own 2-return it 3-pass it on, Each were given 1 pre-filled cartomizer 2 batteries with charger, 10ml of juice and a printout of ECF website and several vendors sites.
