Well, of course there is the Russian 91. There are devices such as the Squape and the latest being the Expromizer which is still very hard to get in the US but should be easier in the UK for you. I'm on the hunt for an Expromizer myself, only site I've found that sells them is ifancyone which is UK based.

Try the taifun.wicking system is different and what you get with the taifun is Exceptional flavor, I'm talking exceptional! ! Loads of dense vapor ! I'm surprised no one has yet to mention the taifun gt. For me personally, the kayfun and taifun are the two best flavor producers. Please take my word for it, he won't be disappointed wit the taifun!!

I haven't been vaping for long. I thought about the Taifun but figured it is old, wait for something new. I did like what I saw with the Taifun. maybe I will get one. To tell the truth, so far my favourite devices are my iClear 30s and iClear x.1. Performance is very good and much less hassle than rebuildables. And with the x.1 you could rebuild it. I haven't yet, but someday I will get around to it. The iClear 30 s is my favourite, I just wish I could get a glass tank for it. I don't see how you could rebuild the 30s though.

Well the taifun is olderror but as a rba she's got crazy good flavor. She comes in the running with the kaifun. She is build dependant though and if you haven't done a lot of builds I can see how the taifun wicking could be tricky but if you pick one up, get her wicking right she gives one he k of a good vape. If you do decide to get one, shoot me a pm and I'll explain a good way to wick her. Hope this helps

Take my advice and don't waste your time rebuilding the XI unless you just want to do it for the fun of it. Just get an authentic R91 and your troubles will be over. You can get one for around $89. I have one and will never need anything else. I gave my KF clone away to a friend. I plan on getting an Erlkonigin because I want one, but I don't need one. As you can see in this photo, they are just so much easier to rebuild..

This is actually a pic of the KF clone that I gave away, but the build setup is the same. The big difference with the R91 is that the coil tube is taller so that when you screw the chimney onto it, you have more room for the coil and don't have to worry about your coil touching the bottom of the chimney.

I've got a KayFun Lite+ I think it's an awesome device.

My friend however doesn't like the design of the KayFun, what are similar devices that:

A) are rebuildable
B) can keep up with heavy vaping
C) hold at least 3ml
D) are vacuum sealed so they won't flood when on their side

Many thanks :vapor:

No one has mentioned the Eleaf Lemo or Smok RSBT. I have a RSBT and I like it a lot but is a little finicky to wick.

It's hard to beat a Kayfun for simplicity and reliability. If your friend doesn't like the styling he could always get an after market top cap to make it look different. Like this:
$2.45 Replacement Top Cap for 22mm Kayfun Lite / Kayfun v3.1 at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
or
$2.93 Replacment Stainless Steel Mini Top Cap for Kayfun Lite / Kayfun v3.1 ES - 22mm diameter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
