Said it many times before...give em an inch and they'll take a mile. Being open to "some" regulations is just opening the door for them to go as far as they want.
So I can freeze the juice? Is there a shelf life once I buy it? Do most people reach a point where they are happy with what they use or is this something like tattoos; once get one you have to get more? Right now I am so happy with what I'm using, (KangerTech mini and a Vice Vaporfi), or will I get bored with that and have to move on to something else? Also, can you tell me how often do I need to change coils, andHonest answer, nobody knows. I do not believe any ban can or will be effective, but you may be buying your stuff on the black market, with attendant high prices and low quality. If you've to the money, it won't hurt to slam a tank and dripper or two plus a decent mech mod in a drawer and some nic in the freezer.

And how do I get the "I quit" banner.
I'm wanting to take up vaping I am still smoking 1-2 packs a day and am tired of it. If these regulations stand, do local vape shops have a chance to keep selling ejuice? I'd hate to see the only ecigs left be the ones sold by big tobacco, which are pieces of crap compared to others.
Honestly I'm not worried about it, it's so premature now that there's no point in even speculating what the options might be after the regulations go into effect in 2 years. While I know everyone is outraged right now and there's a lot of hysteria going on that they're banning everything, they're not. There will still be capitalism and there will still be a market for these products and companies that seek and get approval. None of us have any idea right now of what that path or what products will be available after the regulations take hold but a limited market means limited competition and there will be companies that fork over the money to be a part of that market. I'm not going underground with a lab just yet, I'll wait to see what's going to happen and make rational decisions when the information is clear on the best path available to continue vaping, if in 2 years it makes sense to stockpile nude nicotine then I'll do it then but to me it's all just spinning wheels to speculate now what the landscape will look like with all of the pending legislation and lawsuits that will be coming.
That's my inclination, dual use. Right now I smoke all the time. Vaping would make life easier in that I could vape easier while at work and such without having the smell. I do enjoy smoking cigarettes, but they aren't that pracitcal when stuck in an office all day. I could even sneak in a restroom and have a vape which would be great!
I kind of get off too smoking cigarettes, I enjoy it, always have always will, knowing that maybe I'm pissing off some nanny state-er's doing so. Also I love smoking because if I'm ever in a dull boring conversation or want to get away from someone I can's stand, I can sneak off and have a smoke break lol.
I want to take up vaping because I will be able to vape indoors without the freaking world ending can just pop in a bathroom have a vape and voila nobody will know. But I doubt I'll ever stop smoking cigarettes I enjoy them.
You can freeze juice. Most people just freeze the nicotine, and use fresh VG, PG and flavors. What deteriorates nicotine is oxygen and light, so keep the bottles filled and in a cold dark place. Freezer works. Either decant it into small bottles, or use plastic bottles you can squeeze the air out of.So I can freeze the juice? Is there a shelf life once I buy it? My dual using self appreciates all that you've said. But I'm thinking there are many ex-smoking vapers who have claimed the last thing you said when they were only a smoker, considering vaping. I highly prefer vaping, and could easily stop smoking right now. I've done it cold turkey enough times to know I don't even need to continue vaping to stop smoking. So, not really an issue for me. I've just never been able to achieve consistency in moderate smoking like I can as a vaper. I really appreciate that.
I can see myself stopping both at some point, but I actually think it would work against anti-tobacco types. I'd become so vocal and have no hangups to hold me back that IMO they better hope I continue to use one or the other for them to rest as comfortably as they do now. Might help us politically if I stopped using both given how vocal I anticipate I would become, but I really enjoy using nicotine and feel I already make them uncomfortable by being a dual user who has no issues challenging them (or anyone) on what they think they know about smoking data. I enjoy getting into that debate with anyone and mopping the floor with their lack of either basic reasoning or scientific prowess.
I still enjoy smoking, actually I love it. I've never tried to quit, but I find vaping so appealing, and practical in so many ways. Yea I know the health risks of smoking, but we're all going to die eventually. If I do take up vaping, maybe it will be dual use, maybe exclusively vaping, not sure until I try. But probably would be dual use, vaping at work, and smoking at home.
Good points, I can go to my local vape shop and get a basic Ego starter for like 40 bucks, not bad, I did take some test vapes and loved it, the flavor was strawberry something or other. The guy had to keep reminding me to hold the button down when I inhaled. But I am tentatively planning on getting a starter pen when my first payday hits. Smoking cigs is pretty expensive, I pay about 6 bucks a pack. Yea I guess the unknown about the regulations and stuff held me back from taking the vape plunge but why not right.
You could always just try and hold it in your hands to see how they feel in your grip. Check out what all is involved by talking to the sales person. Just say you will think about it, then purchase from a website. I know, some people think that is taking advantage of someones time....... Just a thought....I'll have to check that out. I still am unsure if to get my first vape at a b&m or just order online.
are they saying vaping is worse than smoking? Or what? I'm just a little bit confused lol
IndeedThe FDA rules have nothing to do with science. The rules are for the purpose of discouraging you and all the rest of us from vaping. It's all because YOU are not paying your tobacco taxes like you used to. That is unpatriotic. Shame on you.
