I could see some ego batteries specified as of 'fixed' type and some of 'interchangeable' type. Example is innokin iTaste VV/VW V.3
What does an 'interchangeable' battery means?

Oh! I see where they made a mistake an put "Interchangeable"; that's an error.

If you check others in the drop down list you'll see fixed, or 'rechargeable'

Its a battery that you can interchange, like flashlights require interchangeable batteries.

"interchangeable" as in the description of the VVv3 you linked to, is one of those doesn't translate well / error in translation kinda deals.

The VVv3 has an internal non replaceable battery. No telling what they mean by interchangeable except maybe they meant variable / adjustable.
