Hi

"Chain vaping" is vaping for long periods of time without stopping, as opposed to taking a couple of drags and putting your PV down for awhile.

Regarding mouth problems, you might find this article interesting: Why do my gums bleed now I

For me, my lungs feel a bit heavy when the vg is too high, but my biggest problem is with flavoring. A lot of flavorings burn the back of my throat.

Chain vaping is just taking a lot of hits in a row, its a general term for vaping a lot in one sitting.

It could be a slight allergic reaction to something, or it could be related to your body detoxing from the chemicals in cigarettes. Some people are sensitive to pg and some to vg, so try some higher pg juices and see if it helps.

You need to be drinking a lot of water if you're vaping that much. Swollen gums, a swollen tongue, dry eyes and blistered lips are all signs of dehydration.

Drink a few quarts of water, or look into an electrolyte recipe (they're everywhere).

If this continues, go see a doctor.

Just curious, do vape so much because you crave/need the nicotine so much? What nic level are you vaping now? You might need to up your nic level in ur juices so you vape less. In other words, you'll satisfy your nic cravings and not need to vape so much.

Other than that, not sure if there's an appropriate draws/minute or schedule of vaping. I have read some vape as much as 9ml a day but average seems to be like 2-3ml a day. It just depends on the person.

chain-vaping

if you like it for say a nervous habbit, then that's just you

but if your doing it because your not satisfied, sounds like you maybe need to ~UP~ your nicotine level some... ?

heard of PG troubles but not from VG
are you drinking EXTRA water now you are chain-vaping ? (makes a big diff)
then I find COLD water or soda (mouth now cold) then vaping tastes bad till my mouth gets back to room temp

good luck :)

Definitely up your water intake.
I had the same basic issue - extra chapped lips, all kinds of issues.
I now use a 2 quart ball jar as my water-jug and drink several a day.
No more issues :)

I'd like to do that but I pee ENOUGH as it is!!!!!!!!!!!!

Swelling of gums and tongue is a serious issue and the only ones that can give you an answer are doctors, so I strongly suggest you see your doctor asap. We're not doctors here.

Problems with gums and teeth often come up when you stop smoking so it may not be related to your vaping at all. Only a professional can help for sure.

I hope you feel better soon.

Some of us use lower/no-nic levels. In the evenings, I find myself chain vaping about the same amount whether I use 0 or 6 or 12mg. Actually seem to chain-vape slightly less with the 0-nic.

Each person has there own individual reaction to just about everything in life.
My Mother loved Jumbo shrimp. She could only eat 2. Eating a 3rd would put her into severe Rash and breathing stress in minutes.

No person can tell you exactly how you will react to anything, even if it is typically considered safe.

Never take the advice of another to increase or lower you Nic level. Take the known information on reactions to higher and lower Nic intake and evaluate your need/reactions. Your body alone knows what it requires. Listen to it.

Occasional Chain Vaping can be enjoyable. A relaxing time to gathers ones thoughts and unwind. It can be done at much lower nic levels as the Action has little to do with need. In a relaxed mood youmay not need a Nic hit at all, but would enjoy vaping your favorite flavors and just kicking back.

My stress Vape 18mg.
My Daily Vapes 12mg
Casual relaxing Vapes 6-9mg

Each has their own need/desires

Stay hydrated and enjoy!:toast:
