Theres so much support here I have no doubt I can do it now..... Unfortunately I've already started thinking I need a mod lol. This could be my R/C habit all over again lol

You probably do need a better PV. And what nic strength are you using? Being able to have warmer vapor and a more consistent vape that comes with better battery PV's would help. Also using 24mg to 36mg nic strength could also help with your cravings.

R/C habit. Know what you mean!! between nitro r/c and electric helicopters, I went nuts!!! Case in point. went from ego-c, to EVO, and now have Buzz pro and Provari on order (Evo broke, getting replacment). and let's not talk about my ming tip fetish with my tanks!!

Help me!! lol

First of all, don't count the cigs you smoke: count the ones you don't!

Next, the PV system and nic level are critical in sating one's nic 'requirements'. Whatcha using?

You've received lots of good advice, which I hope you can take to heart. In my case, quitting the analogs was easy, because I love the flavors I can vape. I thought I loved ciggies, too, until I didn't have a charged battery after about a week without analogs. Bummed one, lit it, and thought I was gonna die! Burning plant material tastes just like it sounds! Never again. Moral of the story: Always have a spare charged battery in your pocket/purse, and a spare bottle of juice with it. Good luck!!!!!!

Using a tank and a large battery allows me to be lazy :p Couldn't quit on the pen style PVs as I found it easier to go throw away money then constantly charge batteries and drip drip drip lol. At the end of the week I'll be 4 months w/o a single analog and at this point the only time I get cravings is when I stand in line at a convenience store and that only lasts a half second until I think to myself "meh". If you can break a week you'll have all the willpower to break a month and after that it starts getting better and better. Heck after a month I could hold my breath a whole extra minute :D So good luck and hang in there!

Keep at it the first week or so is the hardest, you've made the decision to try vaping which is awesome. Soon enough those killer cravings switch over to craving a vape instead. Mornings where the worst for me but after about day 4 they went away. Even of you do have to give in that's one out of a day compared to however many you where smoking before. Anytime your vaping instead of smoking your helping your body out. It really will get easier, keep at it!!

I'm on day 5 and even with chain vaping I'm still getting cravings. I have a pack of smokes though, so I could have one if I wanted, but I just vape a little harder and remind myself why I'm doing this.

At this point, I'm amazed I've gone this long without lighting up because nothing else has worked in the past. I don't really want to jinx it! lol
