Comforting to hear. I read about so many on this board who were able to just give the darn things up and never looked back, but no one ever discusses the use of analogs. I thought I was alone.

I started vaping in October of last year. I didn't stop analogs until last month.

Immediately after I started vaping I went from 2-3 PPD to 1 PPD. Then in July, I simply forgot to have an analog and didn't realize I had quit smoking until about 3 days after the fact...

It's been back and forth for me too. I finally realized that what I needed was to get a low nic juice and chain vape. I also stay away from smokers, it's harder to stay away from cigs if you can just bum one, ya know?

I started with a blu and moved to a 510. that was a start but then I bought a large bottle of juice and didn't try any other flavors. I think I got bored with it.

So far I've been sucessful only after getting good equipment, lots of low mg juices to chain vape, and hanging around the boards contemplating my next e cig.

Good Luck :)

I started vaping in February of this year and still have a couple a day most days. I was a 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 pack a day smoker and after I realized that I need to carry a couple different PV and a couple different flavors I dropped down to just a few a day. I quit trying to keep track of how many I have and seem to be tapering off more lately. A lot of days I only have one or two, occasionally I'll forget to have one at all that day, but some days I may have 5 or 6. If I have my 801, 510, and Volcano with me I'm usually good for the day.

And like LittleMerced said, sometimes low nic and chain vape helps a lot. I mostly vape homemade 5mg vanilla, 2+ ml per day.
