Hi all. I'm only about 2 weeks in to vaping, so please excuse me if this is one of those "common knowledge" questions.

I have an Ego-T kit with 1000 mah batteries and Type B atomizers and tanks. I love the unit and have had no problems with it. Finding an ejuice that I like is another matter altogether....

I have numerous samples from different vendors arriving soon and from what I've read on these forums dripping seems to be the best and most efficient way to switch between flavors. I would like to set up one of units so I can sample different flavors during the day to help determine which ones I like. I've been giving each sample several "tests" to see if my opinion changes.

So, what equipment do I need to get to accomplish this? Is there a drip tip that fits the type-b atty? Do I need to get a completely different atomizer? If so which one would fit the Ego battery? While I might want to switch to cartomizers in future, right now I'm happy with the tank. I just want something easy to change flavors with. With a cartomizer, I would have to worry about the filling, right?

Thanks for any insight you might be able to offer.

Bill

Ok, if you're just looking for a way to test/sample different flavors, then grab 3 (2-2.4ohm)510 attys...one for dessert flavors, one for fruity flavors and one for the stronger, hard to clean flavors...like the coffee, cinnamon and minty flavors. You can blow them out and dry burn between samples. I would debridge these if you're only using them to drip.

+1...do this...don't mess up your present atty, get new ones...Madvapes sells the 306 drip attys for reasonable...others do as well...LR attys in the 2.0+- range will give ya the best flavor/TH/vapor.......

He said "I love the unit and have had no problems with it." Why would he pop the spike plate? As suggested, just get a few 510 atties!

Because it's part of routine maintence and easy to do. Eventually he'll lose a wick anyways and be left with just the coil. The 510 atty route will work too I guess.

Thanks to everyone who has replied. I don't think I'm quite at the knowledge level to tear apart the ego atomizer (although I did find a video on it)

LOL, and then I had to do some research on what a 306 atty was. I feel like I'm in school here. If I understand correctly, both will fit directly on my battery. The 306 would be easier to de-bridge, but is shorter. The 510 is more difficult to get into to modify. I would want a standard resistance on either type. Is that a decent summary? If not, is there anything else I need to consider?

I guess I need to find a vendor who sells 5 packs of these. I'm sure I will screw at least one of them up and I need three to actually switch between and use. I guess more than one drip tip as well. Do I need one of those cone things other than for looks?

Again, thanks so much for your guidance,

Bill

I have an eGo T and have already pulled out the wick part (cause I need to take everything apart) and managed to put it back together again but to ask a stupid question...you can just drip right onto the coil?..I got a couple extra atty's that came with these black tips (no tank)...is that like a drip tip?
