Can someone fill me in?

I won a 5v Box mod recently, probably be delivered today or tomorrow.

I really enjoy my eGo with LR cartos.

So what is the big draw of the mods that have so many people using them? Seems like the higher voltage hooked up to a standard atty/carto would have the same effect as an eGo with a LR atty/carto.

I'm sure I'm missing something here. So I'm probably asking a really dumb question.

Good question. Personally, I find both ways to be beneficial. I enjoy a Cisco LR 306 on my 3.7v juice box, and a regular SR on my eGo (wow flavor on a lot of flavors that don't taste as good on 5v). But, a good Cisco is expensive... so, with that in mind and being able to purchase SR attys in bulk, a nice 5v mod makes a big difference on what I have on hand to vape. The true 5v usually vapes a little more powerful than the simulated LR atty on a 3.7 too.

Then we get into Variable Volt... an all in one. Set it to what atty you have on hand, or in between the 3.7v and 5v for a nice 4.8 ...

Then we get into the Darwin... set the watts and it will vape at your setting all day, regardless of v's. (I think I have that principle correct).
