Hi kslac,
The cartomizers screw straight on to the top of your ecig device. You need to fill them first. I'll post a video below on that in case you haven't seen it. A cartomizer usually holds about 20 drops of e-liquid. After dropping in the e-liquid let the cartomizer sit upright for about 30 min. Here's the video, she uses different brand cartomizers but filling them is the same:



There is another fill method called the "condom" method but it is a bit messier, and having tried both methods I prefer the one in the video above myself.

Ok thanks so i know now to screw it onto my ecig,how do you smoke it cause there is no mouth peice?

The top plastic cap should have a hole in it, and you just draw through it. You can also use a drip tip, any of these:

I'm sorry I didn't think to mention them. But you can vape the cartomizer through the end cap on it. Lots of people do that to start with. I did for quite a while when I began vaping. A drip tip is a nice addition though.

Its so easy to smoke cigs but the e-cig there is so much you need to know.
My next step is i want to make my own liquid cause it can get expensive paying for the postage all the time.
And not only that i have to wait for a while before i recive it!

Ecigs are a bit fiddlier for sure, but once you get used to filling cartos and so on it becomes second nature.
I try and order a bunch of juice at once - but to start off you need to have at least one flavor you like so the small samples are the best way to find out. DIY is definitely cheaper - there's a big e-liquid DIY forum here too.
Sounds to me like you're going great guns with it.
