Im am looking for the following... any help would be great!

1. best vapor
2. long battery life
3. I dont want to refill all day
4. any size is fine
5. No leaks

I stopped keeping up right after the Janty Dura C came out and was not happy with that at all... Whats new? (only one I used was a 901 or the other model... wasnt too happy because of all the maintenance) I spent hundreds about a year ago and gave up.

Screwdriver? etc... Anything would be great! I just want to try again!

What's new since the Dura C came out?

Where to start? Well, the Joye 510 (e.g., your Dura C) is now the #1 model (rather than just some upstart). But mainly: the mods. Trog's Screwdriver really started something. Here is a pretty comprehensive list of what's available today.

But in the basic models, second only to the 510, the KR808D-1 cartomizer-based model has really grown in popularity. [The best known Kr8 brand back in your day;) is/was the Vapor King.] It does pretty well on your 5 factors. A great many suppliers now carry it, the Kr8 that is, Vapor4Life is the only supplier that calls it the Vapor King.

The hottest new non-mod model may not be of interest to you since it uses the Joye 510 atomizer: the Janty eGO / Totally Wicked Tornado (same Joye-manufactured model). It has a 650 mAh battery (compared to the Dura's 150 mAh) and it looks neat. But, if what you disliked about the Dura C was the battery rather than atty, you should consider it. Starter kit is 80 bucks.

A few months ago, some guy posted a longwinded illustrated overview of vaping that might help you get caught up (although some of it, of course, is already out of date). You'll find it in the ECF Library. It includes, among a few other things, Leaford's "New" Five Favorites (as of August 2009). [Leaford, BTW, now is VP of Product Development for Vapor4Life.]

If size is really not a factor. Then I'd suggest searching through mods that use the 18650 battery (2400-3000mAh range). You will have a great vapor for a really long time. Silver Bullet from Altsmoke or Chuck from Thag Built are the two I know off the top of my head. Also, websites sell adapters for different atomizers now. So, you can utilize your favorite atomizer/cartomizer on nearly any PV.

Thanks! I actually only disliked the leaky carts from the dura C as well as the battery.

Does it leak? If no... from what I have found this will quench my thirst.

What about the prodigy V2... same thing as the Tornado?

Leaking with the Janty eGo/ TW Tornado isn't really an issue since the cone keeps it contained within where you won't notice it until you take the cone off to change atomizers/batteries.

If money is not an issue and you want to buy your cartomizers and throw them away when they are spent, you could get an eGo/Tornado set-up and find an adapter to put a cartomizer on it. That way you have long battery life, a contained cart/atty, and no mess because you aren't refilling. Apparently vapor and TH are as good with the cartomizers as the 510. And the cartomizers reportedly hold more juice than a regular 510 cart.
