    Hello @Slimk123 .

Over here in the States, we tend to purchase all of our DIY ingredients separately; PG, VG, flavors and nic. The first three can reasonably be stored for at least a couple of years when stored in a cool dark place like a cupboard. The best way to store nicotine would be to transfer it into a glass bottle without too much air space and set it into the freezer. Folks here have done that with years, if not a decade, with excellent results. Next choice would be the fridge, which would be good for maybe up to a year or so.

I usually have 60 mgs in fridge at all times for mixing. We call that working nic.

If you decide to take either of those routes with your nic, be sure to set it out and let it get to room temperature before mixing to insure no condensation is added to your mix.

Oh yeah. Don’t forget to shake the flavors and nic really well before mixing to get all the components equaled out from settling.
Thanks. I will do. On another note. What is the max amount or average amount of flavour concentrate in say a 100ml btl of mix. Around 10% good? Can I go higher for a more intense flavour? IS there a max amount/%?

You’ll need to check with your flavoring manufacturer. If I’m correct and you’re using premixed flavoring, it can be as high as 20%. Over here, when we are mixing multiple single flavors, we tend to stay in the 10-15% total. Some makers are super concentrated, some aren’t. If you over do them, there’s a point of no return where your flavor will taste like nothing or taste like junk.

Which flavors are you using and who is the manufacturer?

I will often mix some single flavors that I only use 2% (mostly tobaccos) up to 6% (TFA Banana Nut Bread).
I have decided to start with the Capella range of flavours in 13ml bottles. I have their recipies and a supplier that carries a broad range of their liquids. All the other suppliers only carry 3 or 4 flavours from each brand. I am not a fan of tobacco flavours. I vere towards fruity flavours. Am dibetic so it kind of satisfies my sweet tooth. 2 for price of 1 !

Generally with Capella, single flavors are in the 7-8% range. Mixing them, I would go with 3-4% each. Start low, then you can always add more. Going back and trying to dilute them will be a pain. I’ll see if I can find a cheat sheet somewhere.

There’s a website I use called E Liquid Recipes. Com that breaks down the average single and mixing percentages if you look under the resources tab.

Thnaks a million for all your help. I really appreciate it. I am going to start small with a couple of 10ml concentrates and 1 or 2 recipes as I have a limited income. I will build and experiment over time.

That’s a great idea. You’re off to a good start :D If funds are tight, maybe even do 5ml.
