Forgive me as I am not on here nor plugged into the community 1/10 as I use to be but what do you all think or what is happening now in terms of the next trend either in mods or attys? What is your opinions ? What is happening as we speak?

The last 3 trends in IMO that are still being worked on to some extent I list below but as every industry changes what will be the new trends after these? :
1 wattage/power- 1 million watts
2 battery capacity (all day vape)
3. Perhaps the most important safety wise is temperature regulation of the atty

vaping trends are limited only by mans imagination. The unfortunate part is change seems to be what drives the marketplace, and the more things change ... the more they stay the same.

IMO we have reached a point of diminishing return, and change is only for the sake of change.

BV (Big Vape) has ways and potential to hook more new customers than BT ever had. It just needs to make vaping really fashionable. It will work hard to make its dream come true. Now it is not about converting smokers, it is about attracting younger generation. So, most profitable innovations will be in this direction.

I've wondered about this myself from a slightly different angle. Vaping is a very simple thing: raise the temperature of a solution so that it vaporizes. We use very simple, ancient technology to achieve that right now. I think TC is the ultimate goal -a quick, reliable and precise way to raise the temperature of the solution to a certain level. I have no experience with TC mods so I don't know if the tech is there yet.

Once near-perfect TC is achieved, safety and battery efficiency will be where the big innovations come from. There has to be a way to ensure that only the materials in solution are vaporized and that such is achieved while using the least amount of battery possible. It would be cool if a TC mod could be made that ran on simple and widely available batteries. Or new, more efficient batteries. This would require highly efficient heating elements -something that didn't require high power output.

I mean, what else could happen? Vaporizing is vaporizing.

I should have added juice control to the current trends that will continue to grow. I don't own one as I've solely used bottom feeder mods for the last 5 years. But for those that like tanks I think the ability to adjust the juice flow will be awesome as I enjoy basically the same thing with my Bf- and most of you all have that same ability with the amount of juice you drip in your RBAs. I know a many of them are having some issues. Anyone own one tank with juice control (I forget the correct terminology) - how do you like it ? Ehhhh or a game changer ?

After giving this some thought myself I definitely think the industry has to trend towards simplicity yet still with the ability to have that Rba coil experience. They just have to find a way to make things simpler. There will always be the enthusiasts like many of us. But the main reason I went to a bf years ago was the simplicity. Was sick of carrying a luggage bag with me everywhere not to mention it was essential that I could vape furiously while driving :) hence my bf choice. I'm still puzzled on why there are not more of us :) just goes to show you how little I know on trends.

Trending will happen once the innovations are in place. One cannot exist without the other young Skywalker. Ideas exist but I don't know if the technology can make them reality. I like thick vapor but not hot vapor. Can I get a cold vape without it being weak? Like puddin said above, are we using the right methods of heating juice or are there better ways? Vaping is a concept created from a guy that used a coil and a flashlight. How about super-conduction? How about friction heating? Maybe a mod that plays a certain song when it recognizes a certain juice. Voice recognition for settings instead of clicky buttons? Would you like any of these ideas and will the rest of the world? History will tell us my friend and now that we no longer smoke, we'll be here to see it happen. :)
