It's the great thing about vaping, there's a solution out there for just about everyone. Some people can't handle PG at all, others nearly stop breathing when they vape VG. There's no right or wrong, just what's right for you. This isn't just in juice, but everything vaping, there's a set up for nearly everyone, you've just got to find it.

I started with 80/20 PG/VG, my nose literally ran so much I needed to carry a kleenex tissue. Back then, also needed the tissue cause all my tanks leaked. Last several months I've been using 50/50. Nose drips occassionally, but not bad. And it takes about a week before the insides of my car windows become so clouded with film that I need to clean the insides. When I used 100 VG I had to clean windows daily. The VG really clouds up the insides of auto windows, even cracking the drivers window. I evidently have some allergy to the PG, but at 50/50 It's tolerable. I suck on my ProVari continuously when not at work. Haven't touched tobacco for more than a year. I'm not your average ecig user. I stopped using flavor and nicotine 6 months ago. All I blend is the two base chemicals, PG/VG, 50/50. It's all the oral gratification to me now. Heavy VG really dehydrates me, even my hands dry out. I drink water as much as I can, guess it helps, but still dehydrated. JMHO

Cheers,

It depends on you. I have sinus allergies that, when they flare up, can make life miserable throughout the day. I've found that for me personally 30/70 PG/VG is my optimum. Any higher on the PG and my allergies flare up, but all VG seems to mute the flavor. GThompson got it right; it's individual preference.
