What is this mech mod?

Hey, just bought this mech mod for cheap but I don't know the name of it and nether does the guy who sold it to me, I tried Google image reverse but couldn't get anywhere, it's an 18650/18630 battery mech and it looks old that's all I know, if someone could help me I would very much appreciate it.
