Likely it's an ICR battery, fine for a flashlight, but not for vaping. What you want is an IMR battery from a reputable vendor who is selling genuine AW / Sony / Panasonic / LG brands.

I work for a vape shop. And I had a customer come in today and brought me this battery to try out and I told him OT look like a ICR battery. He insisted on it not being a ICR battery so I tried it and it hits alright with a .3 ohm build. But I'm not going to try it with my other rda that is at .17 ohms. I'm going to just tell him that he shouldn't use it.
