I just received my new Bloog Maxxfusion 78mm starter kit.
I LOVE the hell out of this thing. I have not smoked an analog in.....going on 48 hours now. It feels great!

BUT I got to looking today when I put a battery on the charger and grabbed the other one off the charger that the batteries are not the same. As you can see in the image focused on the light up ends, the battery on the right has the analog cigarette look as the end cap and the battery on the left has an end cap that looks like a target of some sort.
Now, this does not bother me one bit. I could care less what the end looks like BUT in the other image you can see that the connecter/adapter things are different. The battery on the left(which is the cigarette looking end cap battery) has kind of a moat around the center air hole in the nipple that protrudes out. The batterie on the right(which is the batterie with the target end cap), that nipple does NOT have a moat around the air hole, it is completely flat.

My concern is are both of these batteries MaxxFusion batteries or is one of them a regular Fusion battery?
Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks,
Blake

Thats what I'm thinking BUT when I placed my order I ordered the red batteries because the blacks were out of stock. Chris from Bloog gave me a call before they shipped my order and said that the reds were out and the blacks were back in so I jumped all over the black ones because thats what I originally wanted. I wonder if it is a possibility that one of these batteries are part of a brand new shipment that is different form the rest of MaxxFusion batteries.

I am definitely interested in hearing whats up with them though.
Thanks for the reply!

To be honest, I have not noticed a difference, but then again, I dont vape constantly. I take a few puffs about 15 times a day. Ive only had this thing for two days so far and I have nothing to compare it two because this is my first e-cig ever.
I really just want to know the difference. I mean, I paid for the more expensive battery so I hope thats what I got.

Thanks for your reply!

That answers one of my questions. Now I know what the generic MaxxFusion is supposed to look like. I just need to find out what the generic Fusion is supposed to look like so I can determine if this mystery battery is a Fusion or a new model MaxxFusion.

I will note that the batteries are the exact same size and the Bloog print on the mystery battery is more faint and not as sharp and white as the MaxxFusion battery. The print is backwards as well(as in, the "B" in "Bloog" starts from the threaded end) My MaxxFusion battery(the battery where the end cap resembles an analog) has the "g" in "Bloog" closest to the threaded end.

Interesting.

Your the lucky winner of a lifetime supply of cartomizers!

How awesome would that be?

I wonder if there is a design change in the new battery's. That new tip looks funky. Can't wait to hear the outcome of this one. Maybe its some kind of weird factory defect that made it through, although it looks to finished to be that.

Can you post a picture of the logos?

That would be incredible! I've never won anything in my life. It would be a little ironic that I win supplies for a device that I purchased to help me wean myself off of nicotine. ha

But as for the pics, here they are. It is hard to tell do to my flash(I dont know how to control this camera. Too many buttons and settings) but the battery that is resting on the thin black stripe is the "mystery" battery who's logo is a little more faint than the other battery. You can kind of get a better glimpse inside of the cart ends in one of the pics.

(I typed this out assuming I could attach pics to a reply. I dont think I can so I am going to try and edit my original post and apply them there)

here are the photos. imgur is awesome. http://imgur.com/a/SZlRN
