I just ordered my first vaporizer online from Vapor King about five minutes ago. It took forever to even find a company that would ship the hardware to Canada.
I've tried every method to quit smoking, so hopefully this one works. It seems to me that Health Canada doesn't really want people to quit smoking, otherwise they wouldn't have dragged their feet on this issue for so long. Smoking cigarettes = guaranteed death. But the jury is still out on vaporizers. So why is Health Canada blocking something that *might* be harmful but may also help people quit doing something that is *definitely* harmful.
I fail to see the logic in this, so I am assuming that HC stands to lose a lot of money from cigarette taxes if people actually quit smoking. From the research I've done, the only real motivation for blocking e-cigarettes is a financial one.
After all, they just spent millions of dollars to redesign the "gross teeth pictures" on cigarette packs. The people who went around photographing gross teeth would be out of a job if people actually quit smoking.
Forgive my cynicsm, but Health Canada's stance on this issue is crap. There's no excuse for it.
I could literally find crack ....... and ...... in about five minutes if I wanted to. But an E-Cigarette? Noooo way. They're not allowed.
