is it the first time u are putting it on? to me it feels weird because the atomizer doesn't have the grooves on the side to screw on to your, EGO? and it needs some cleaning:p sorry if im wrong though.

No.. it used to work before. I have no idea how it broke into half. Now it cant be put back. And yes, it is an eGo.

first pic, the 510 thread sheared off and is keeping you from screwing it down

might be able to unscrew or pop out that ring with a pair of needle nose pliers or wedge a small screwdriver down in it, but BE GENTLE and make sure you do the 5 click turn off of the eGo battery so you don't accidentally fire it

You will have to replace that clearomizer once you get that sheared off thread out

Picture 1:
starting from the outer 510 ring [with the 4 notches](its chrome)
inside see the chrome thread just barely visible above the copper colored ring
copper color ring is the 510 thread sleeve (the part that sheared off)
down further the white ring, that is the rubber grommet insulator
flat metal table looking thing is the center electrode

Picture 2:
inner ring that has the notches, that is the heads electrode that touches the above table looking thing
White ring is the heads rubber insulator
Brown outer jagged looking ring is the 510 thread sleeve that was sheared off and still inside the 510 connector from above picture

you have to unscrew that sheared off 510 sleeve to get it out, the head you have now is done..it will never screw back on unfortunately

Wow. You sure know how to work an ecig. I have no prior knowledge about all this electricity stuff and whatnot, I guess I'll just get a new ecig.

Thanks for all the help!

no no no

You can fix it...do you have a small flat tip screwdriver?

A. turn off the eGo battery (5 clicks...it will flash a few times then won't lite up when you push the button to fire it)
B. take small screwdriver, put down in the 510 connector, tilt at an angle wedging it on the upper lip of the 510 connector and somewhere in the middle of the 510 sheared off sleeve
C. turn the screw head counter clockwise (or the entire battery clockwise) unscrewing the sheared off sleeve (it will take some time and patience)
D. once sheared off sleeve it out, just put a new head on...be careful not to booger up the 510 threads
E. put on new head
F. turn back on with 5 clicks
G. Vape Yo Face Off!!! :D

It's almost the same way you would remove the head part of a lightbulb that shattered and left the metal screw thingy in a light socket...using a potato to unscrew it, just need something to bind up the sleeve so it will unscrew back out

What do you mean by new head?

Wow, the atomiser is gone. It droppped on the floor? Check for any leakages from the sleeve after u remove it from the eGo battery or it will get shorted.

Yeah dropped only 1 time, it still worked. I kept it for a few months without using it, and now its like this. No leakages at all. Everything works fine, just that both components cannot be screwed together.
