    I like/want them all
Seems like if someone says they like brand-x mod, I just gotta run out and get one so that I can figure out why they like it.

    My favorite:
I love the absolute simplicity of my Mako.

vv2win, there's really not that much fiddling needed, and just to let you know these units really run excellent on the Darwin, you know how that Darwin makes everything just jump better then any other Mod, well the Z-Atty Pro and the DID run super on the Darwin, especially at lower Watts I find, like 4.2w the lowest setting up to 5W the vapor and flavor is amazing with a 2/3 wire wrap,,,, I think you would like these. I havent liked any Genesis units to date until both of these.

Thanks for the feedback, mwa. How often do you have to change the mesh screen, do the "burn-in" and replace the wire?

Since I took this shot for another post today here is the APV that has served me well since November 2011.

-E-Power 14650 in stainless steel. 3.7V regulated, 1050mAh battery good for 16 hours between recharges (I have seven of them), 5-click pocket safety, low battery signal. Does the job for this ex 1.5 pack a day smoker of 35 years.

-2.0 ohm Smoktech XL cartos in stainless.

-Pill vial for carrying the battery spare along during the day.

I've got others things I like to spend money on besides APVs.

I like to tinker as well. I built a voltage regulated 250mW laser into a MiniMag flashlight not long ago. I have a turbo charged rice rocket and a cabin cruiser that are always crying out for tinker time, not to mention the gardening, koi pond and tube-era communications receivers I use and operate.

I haven't caught the bug for tinkering with APVs yet. Maybe I will sometime in the future if there is a future in vaping for me. I plan on being done with vapor in a couple of years or less. My attitude toward smoking transferred to vaping. It's just something I do as easily as possible. I wasn't into custom tobacco blends and rolling my own when I smoked.
