I love my aspire BDC. I feel like i'm the only one around here who does though! Funnily, the cheapest model with the plastic shell performs the best of the 3 aspire BDCs i have. I don't like the pryrex model i have at all. The metal tank model with the glass window is working well now that i have a decent battery.

Not a hater of the ProTank 2, and fairly new to this as well. I bought 2 protank 2's, and one of the aerotanks. they always get juice in the mouthpiece and I end up with juice in my mouth, whats the cause? I can feel the juice in the airpath, it makes like a gurlging sound, plus they leak juice. Probaly something I am doing wrong.

I really only use the Protanks on my Maraxus clone. They don't work well for me on the VTR or ProVari.

I seem not to like tanks, the Trident dripper and IGO-L are my favorites as of this time.

The Nautulis was my favorite tank till i dropped one and the base seperated, leading to a dead short on the mechanical.

Often times the stock coils are kinda meh. Pull the center post out, take the loose wick off the top and toss it, then replace it with 2mm diameter of silica wick or comparable amount of sterile cotton, replace the post, and give it a try. You could go further and watch youtube vids on how to completely rebuild them, but the process above makes them work really well for me.

The protank II with the adjustable airflow base is great if you prefer a long, cool, airy draws. This is not to say that protanks are not finnicky. They are and there is a learning curve. You have to learn to clean, manage and even rebuild the heads sometimes. For some that is a dealbreaker. The upside is that the replacement heads are cheap and easy to find. I use the protank II every day because I'm never in one place and, if you set them up right, they don't leak and are relatively durable. (The nautilus is clearly superior but the replacement heads are sometimes hard to find and they will cost you a fortune. Also I'm worried about breaking the glass.)

Something like the kayfun lite will work well if you're willing to learn how to rebuild. You'll easily get the best vape from something like this. Were I more stationary throughout the day, say working at a desk primarily, I would use something like this. But if that were true, a cheap, tankless rebuildable dripping atomizer would arguably serve the purpose. Or, really, a REOS mod set up would rock.

The IBTanked are great carto tanks at a good price and can accomodate a warmer draw. But again, you'll have to find some cartos that you like and make an investment in them. Once you find the right carto, this is probably the most no-nonsense and versatile option provided that you're willing to shell out for cartos. Plug in the carto, fill the tank and you're set.

hello all i am in the market for a new tank and figured this would be the best place to get the most honest answers out of people since a lot places are influenced by price to sell you specific brand. i currently have the iclear30s and its just not cutting it for me i constantly get a burnt taste and i've tried everything and the only thing that works is changing the coil and that only lasts a week. i only vape at 8.0 w but that is my reasoning of embarking on this journey to find a new tank.

Tank: miniprotank2

1: Glass.
2: Replaceable driptip/mouthpiece
3: Can be completly dissassembled
(a) for proper cleaning
(b) to change/swap parts
4: eGo thread
5: Very common coil type; semirebuildable coil

(I actually use protanks, but with the base from the mini)

So far my top tank has to be the Nautilus because it doesnt leak, love the adjustable airflow and makes my HHV Cinn City taste even better! next up would be my cheap-o Aspire BDC tank i picked up on vacation in Portland, no leaks and vapes great! and i recently picked up an Aerotank base for my protank 2 that i was about to pitch into the trash because of its terrible leaking but after the base switch i brought it back into rotation because it vapes even better than i had hoped for and no leaking!
