AIV is really my favorite juice vendor. They are a cut above all others with what they do. Their attention to detail, lovingly packed vapemail is like a little treasure chest when you finally get it. They're doing juice at a level above the others.

The key to AIV is to manage your expectations correctly. If you need your juice now, they are not the place. If you want no frills, plastic bottles in a bag arriving 3-4 days after you order, they are not for you. If you want someone open 24/7 doing business in bulk, they are not for you.

However, if you are willing to be patient, understand that it will be at least 2 weeks after you order, and manage your personal juice stocks accordingly.....you will be rewarded with wonderful, personal attention to YOU. Your vapemail is carefully, lovingly packed just for you....in a cute little box decorated by local artisans. A thank you note with your name on it. A really nice glass bottle with a glass dropper....black/gold label.....a little charm hanging from the neck.....it's really a special treat for you. Once you get your first AIV vapemail, you will understand that customer service at that level takes time. You can't rush it, you can't ramp up production.

Send them an email telling them how happy you are and you'll get a personal, conversational reply from the owners themselves....not some form email everyone gets.

AIV is customer service at a level rarely found today. The Rabbit Hole opens Tuesday's at 10:59 EDT, and depending on demand they can close in a few hours, or I've even seen them open until lunch the next day. (Wednesday). Best to do your shopping Tuesday night, so that when they open just add what you've already picked out to your cart and checkout. Then keep an eye on their Twitter and FaceBook links and they'll update which orders are going out. Remember, 2 weeks, give or take a few days either side. They're doing this for the joy of doing it well, making people happy and selling great juice. NOT to get rich or build a huge business.

Very well said. Well worth the wait for their juices. Wife and I just ran out of our giant bottle of A Quiet Morning (the horror!) ordered a giant bottle last week, but won't see it for a while. The decision was made today to keep two giant bottles on hand and reorder when the second is opened!

I'm probably a bit biased because i've only been vaping about two weeks now, and also i've only ordered from Liberty Flights.
But the three times i've ordered from LF they've handled me properly and their stuff is what it says and arrives very quickly, which is incredible because getting stuff via mail to my part of Norway often takes a bit of time.

I have a few go-to vendors where I feel pretty confident that I can almost close
my eyes and just pick a juice and its gonna be pretty fab. Right now- Hurricane Vapor is tops on my list. They're fairly new but they make really unique, rich, delicious flavors. I've tried about a half dozen of their juices so far and each one was not only tasty but different from anything else I'd had. Theif customer service is great too. Check them out. Not much in the way of hardware but they're really just a gourmet juice vendor.
