This might be an interesting thread but all of us are different. I smoked for 20 years and started with a G6 and this is day 4 with my Triton Love Machine tank with the default coils. I top off the tank religiously and keep a rotating supply of bats fully charged at all times. I rotate between Longhorn, Torque, and Prime which are all 18 MG/ML (1.8% NIC) I'm about 30 plus days into my journey and have not had a stinky nor do I desire one almost from day one. It looks like I'm burning about 1 ML of Halo ejuice per day. But tomorrow I'm going to start memorializing my consumption. :) I'm trying to determine if I should lower my nic level and am just a curios kinda guy. What is your Halo ejuice consumption per day with a Triton Tank? Thanks in advance. :)

I'm not too sure. I top off my tank often, as it doesn't taste as good once it gets a bit below 2.0ml. I tried vaping an entire tank without refilling (not in one day), but that last .5ml wasn't good at all. Reminded me of that last sip of a 40oz when I used to drink those back in the day.

I think about 1.5ml on an average day. Stressful days can go up to around 2ml. I just started my 2nd 30ml bottle of my all-day vape and I've sampled a bunch of stuff, so I can't go by how long 30ml lasted decided by the number of days either.

I've seen people here (ECF, not Halo) claim 5ml per day. They've got to be using juice that's not strong enough IMO. 5ml per day is just absurd, unless you're the one they're buying from.

I was a 2 and a half pack a day smoker. The Triton tanks are 2.4 ml each. I can vape about 2 tankfuls a day, so about 5mls a day.

That's a lot of juice. I smoked American Spirit Menthols for my last 7 years of smoking. Smoked about 15 cigarettes a day. When they weren't available and I had to buy Newports (my previous brand), I'd go through almost a pack and a half. My 1.5ml estimate has proven pretty accurate the last 2 days.

I guess the better way to ask the question if you want a more accurate answer is to ask how people vape and how much juice they subsequently go through. Ie I typically vape 10-15 drags at a sitting, about 15 times a day. I used to count the amount of drags in a sotting when I first started vaping because I wanted to vape like I smoked, and I wanted to not over-do it. I still vape like its a cigarette.

If someone takes a drag or two at a time every couple minutes, they're going to go through more juice (I think).

If you're trying to gauge how much juice you'll go through, you need to find someone with similar habits. At least that makes sense in my head.

I'm not currently using tanks, but I've noticed that my juice consumption has risen since switching to the Triton battery. A 1ml cartomizer generally lasts me a day to a day and a half. These have been lasting me about 3/4 a day.

I'm not sure if it's from a more powerful rig or just that these Tribeca cartos taste lightyears better than what I was using.

I love the responses. It's such an interesting subject given the variables. :) Certainly some choose to chain vape which is fine since it's their choice and not mine. :) This means they consume a larger volume of juice when making a ballpark/back of the napkin comparison to the number of cigarettes they used to consume.

For some of us my rough guestimate is that 2ML per day consumption of ejuice is about equivalent to smoking one pack of smelling old cigs. Certainly not scientific but a guess. Variables are numerous and I'm sure I will miss a few:

Tank or carto
VV/Twist or regular Triton Battery
Stress level
NIC content of juice
NIC content of cigs you used to smoke and number of cigs you used to smoke
Taste Buds, eating, time of day, you name it. :)

I can vape anywhere from 2.5 ml to 5+ ml a day. One thing to keep in mind: Vaping is not smoking, and comparisons of consumption are misleading. I can and do vape many places where I simply could not smoke, further, my mouth and throat do not get burned out as they had with cigs. Add in that I vape less nicotine than I used to smoke, and smoking comparisons really don't hold.

I generally vape 1.2mg ejuice, and your body does not absorb nicotine from vaping nearly as efficiently as smoking. Molecularly, smoke is much finer than water vapor, and absorbs much more readily.

One doesn't absorb nicotine the same vaping as smoking. With vaping, you absorb less, and I find the "charge" doesn't last as long either. And being a former heavy smoker, I needs my nicotine :)

And actually, a 30ml bottle lasts about the same are 2 cartons of cigarettes, which is what I originally surmised. It actually last a little bit longer, and I'm quite happy with that.

Probably 5-6ml/day , but I'm trying out a lot of different flavors. I usually only take 4-6 draws hour or every other hour, or so, don't vape at work- unless on break, and vape in the car when on the go. I never smoked in my house- always went out to the porch every couple hours, so vape a lot more at home than when I smoke- especially after work. I was down to 10 cigarettes/day before I quit.

OK gang. I love the responses. If for NO OTHER reason than planning ahead and that's hoarding enough Halo ejuice so you don't run out and in my case just trying to satisfy my own non scientific curiosity. My revised variables list:

  • How you vape: Long pull/draw or short pull/draw and hold. Short or long and nose blast. Blast to your lungs or leave it in your mouth
  • How you hold your rig. As the ejuice drops in the tank tilt to parallel or above or just pretend it's full and vape below parallel.
  • Tank or carto
  • VV/Twist or regular Triton Battery
  • Stress level
  • NIC content of juice
  • NIC content of cigs you used to smoke and number of cigs you used to smoke
  • Taste Buds
  • Eating
  • Time of day

:)
