RY4 is like a sweet tobacco. Just about every liquid vendor will have their version of it.

What does RY4 taste like and where do you find it?

RY4 is a vanilla/caramel mix with tobacco. Most vendors have a version. If you see other #s with the RY, like RY1, etc, that means it's different, has different ingredients.
