What kind of flavouring is safe?

I have a bottle of natural vanilla extract. Ingredients on the bottle are water, alcohol and vanilla. Is it safe to use. I'm already smoking it and it tastes ok just wondered. I read you can't use anything with oils in etc but this looks OK just want to be sure.

I wouldn't use an extract for DIY because the oils will gunk up your atty. Most people who DIY either steer clear of oil based flavors or use them extremely sparingly. Some oils can also be dangerous to vape, depending on what's in them.

My understanding of vanilla extract is that it doesn't have oil so is o.k. to vape. However, the reviews say that it doesn't have much of a noticeable flavor. It shouldn't gum up your atomizers though.

Yes, extracts with out oils are usually safe to vape, however the commercial (grocery store) brands have weak vapor flavoring. Create your own perfume with The Perfumer's Apprentice has reasonable prices and pretty good flavors. Or, you can find a bakery ... confectionary ... cake supply store in your area. They may have Lorann's flavoring. Most are safe to vape. Hope this helps some.

Whole Foods apparently sells a Fair Trade concentrated vanilla extract in PG instead of alcohol - you could try that too.
