I have a Buzz... love it...

I am wondering what folks would recommend for a mod roughly the size of an eGo that would take 16340 3.7 Batts - I suppose I could live with another Batt.

I am killing eGo batts at an alarming rate and I was thinking of going to a small 3.7 mod...

The Mini-vape Stack was small and stealth... and while I loved it, it took some maintenance and I couldn't rely on it 100% of the time.

Any ideas? Size matters... Thanks, -G

Before you go mod shopping, G... Have you tried the 900 mah or 1000 mah eGo batts? I use the 1000 mah batteries. They fire up about 2-3 mls of liquid or about 3/4 of a day for me... that's with mostly LR attys.

GreenHouseOne has the batteries for $18, I think.

Otherwise, Parallex' suggestion is spot on, the P-16. I don't own one but I do own a Super 6. 'Tis a tad pricey but high quality stuff.

while that sounds about right...

you've got the p16 that's all mechanical, all stainless, and has a lifetime warranty...and hasn't been involved in any battery incidents...and CS is top notch...

vs the glv...which well is the complete opposite

Can you post a link for this please?

Jay takes care of the problems that people have...and you can always call him directly if need be. As for the exploding GLV thread that was here a month or so ago, the manufacturer isn't responsible for someone stacking unprotected batteries, just like Ford isn't responsible for a driver filling their car mistakenly with diesel fuel.

That being said, there are a couple design issues I still have with the GLV, but over all, it's a compact 16340 device that works well, which is what the OP was looking for.

MadVapes' Mini VapeStack uses a protected 880mah 16340 Lithium-Ion. It is a small little cylinder mod for $69

It's not exactly what you are looking for - but my favorite small 3.7 mod is a Bartleby only $50 with 2 14500 Protected 3.7v Li-Ion Batteries and a built in charger (can be used a passthrough to charge while vaping)

sorry, I disagree...
when a vendor takes an order for a full kit and then sends the mod out without the batteries or atty with no comunication to the purchaser...
and has no battery info on thier website..
and doesn't comunicate the appropriate battery info to the purchaser because they didn't fully fill the order...
yeah ultimately the battery ordeal could have been (we still don't know 100%) the cause of the user....but that was caused by the vendor's mistake and lack of CS...

it IS the responsibility of the vendor AND it indicates poor customer service as has been common with GLV since I've been around back last Nov...
I LIKE the look of the GLV...I won't buy one because of those issues and the fact that Jay seems to always push it off any responsibility to the customer or his suppliers..
I also don't like easily stripable aluminum threads on mods...

the $40 difference between mods to me is worth the better CS, the all mechanical construction, the stainless versus aluminum construction, and a lifetime warranty...
