What kind of rotation is best for batteries?

Hey, I have a few VTC4's and AW's and I was wondering if there is any kind of a rotation that will help in making sure that my batts. Stay healthy and safe for the max. Amount of cycles. 1 day of use/1 day of rest ... Or letting them rest after a charge... Or does that make any difference??

idk, I just keep one charged at all time. drain one and throw it on the charger and grab a fresh one and repeat. only have 3 in my cycle
2 panasonic ncr18650pd and 1 sony vtc4. might grab a efest purple to try as well.

I have been using mine for awhile aand they still hit the same and show no signs of harm

letting them rest after a charge is good practice. I let mine rest for 12 to 24 hours.

Thanks to both ! That's what I wanted to know. BTW I've heard those purple efest might be samsung 18650HE2 35A and they are pretty decent cells, although I haven't used any. Thanks again !

I put a little sticker on mine and number them, have 6- 650s ,4-490"s
