of course customers can help a supplier be "perfect"...

dont try and get freebies.. this is the reason suppliers have to ask for the dud product back first.. dishonest customers after freebies..

dont send out unnecessary emails.. someone has to take time to answer them.. time that could be used doing something more useful and time that makes the product more expensive..

be reasonably and dont expect the best service at the cheapest prices..

and above all realize the whole supply chain is dependent on a small number of chinese factories working balls out trying to feed your insatiable desires.. he he he

it all starts off in china.. it has to get thru US customs and avoid possible FDA intervention.. and above all hope that supply can meet demand.. else it will be the supplier looking for the prefect customer.. he he..

I must be a pretty good customer ...I really hate sending stuff back or complaining because I don't want anyone thinking I am being dishonest and just after a freebie.

We as customers can also work to be more 'perfect' by providing feedback, both positive and negative, to our suppliers. Make sure to let others know when a supplier has been good, and especially when they've gone 'above and beyond.' Understand that sometimes 's**t happens' and don't immediately trash them when something does. Give them a chance to work it out, and if they do let others know how they rectified the problem. If you still receive no satisfaction, let others know by stating the facts of your situation without resorting to name-calling and emotional testimony.

By doing this, we'll allow our good suppliers to grow, and the rest will fall by the wayside.

LOL - I just clicked on your link, sitting in the living room, notebook speakers were cranked up, I think I woke up the whole house!

I'm clicking on the controls on the little video window in the top right.... Why doesn't the PAUSE or STOP or VOLUME controls work? Aaagh.... now that guy's talking too!

Yes. I agree. Not cool. (no offense Delite)

OMG how aggravating.
nothing sends me away faster than this type of site. not bashing Delite just constructive feedback from a potential customer.

loud and busy in your face advertising with no quick way to shut down sound. how bout a "skip ad" button? i just want to see what you have.

those floating ads that obstruct your view screaming "LOOK AT ME!"? bye bye.

and when i want to navigate away from a site, the "are you sure"? last ditch attempt to get me to stay box pops up. does that ever work?

and you can't be serious about why you wouldn't want customers to send defective parts back? sign me up for a perpetual pay once and never have to pay again account.

i'm simply trying to give some feedback on my personal preferences when i shop for suppliers. maybe i'm in the minority here but i'm really just looking for 2 things. i want to be able to trust you and i want to find what i want, at a fair price of course, without having to work for it.

do that and you will have a customer for life, i promise.

screaming at me when i walk in the door doesn't nurture my first impression, and physically blocking the exit when i want to leave feels like you're forcing me to stay.

just my opinion, no disrespect intended.

i can't help myself here... and i mean this in a nice way trog.. cuz as you may have noticed i have no problems with you... BUT....

have you been taking Zoloft lately?? hehehe seems recently we've had a nicer trog.. that's a good thing :)

anyways... another one of the reasons that suppliers may be asking for parts back is the simple fact that mayhaps they are going to return them to manufacturer for credit?

and i must agree... loud abnoxious sites really do make me close out and not want to go back. i'm sure it has it's purpose.. and i'm sure it works with SOME... but most of us are there because we already know what we're after. it kind of reminds me of the obsessive cable advertising on cable channels... if i didn't already have the service i wouldn't be bombarded at every turn.. but seeing as i DO.. why do i need to be advertised to?

Yes those are all valid remarks. I am actually in the process of building an entire my navigation friendly site, with NO entry pop ups, or exit pop ups, and ABSOLUTELY no auto play sound. This was the work of my Marketing team. Granted it captures email address, but I want customers to shop with easy, that is my main intention, but my marketing director feels the opposite.
The new platform will be launched sometime in late April, I will keep you all informed.

Thanks for the feedback members! It is valuable information that I have retained and implemented for the users!

Oh I have contacted them and we should have the autoplay sound down by this weekend. We are working more towards building a "super site" that is very nice and clean with no distractions. I can't wait!

Thanks again for all your help and insight, you are all truly good members. If you have any questions about e-cigs or any questions, please dont hesitate to ask!

--> A tunnel straight through the center of the earth , that opens up in China. This tunnel is equipped with a high-speed rail and several hundred unionized elves who get paid handsomely by the FDA to keep people from smoking analogs. Every day, more kits, parts and juice rocket through the earth's molten core, unhindered by customs.

--> There are more friendly elves manning the customer service lines, and they are working on getting the worlds fastest shipping - none other than SANTA CLAUSE himself - to do delivery!!!!
