i think it is a sigelei Bagua Telescopic or at least it looks like one.

What these guys said, definitely a ba gua, not sure if it is a clone or not but looking at all the other mods he has, this one is just around the same price range as the other ones you got off of him (it is currently selling on vaperev for around 100).
