What mg nicotine do you vape?

I started at 18 and I am trying to go down to 12 i,m using about 10 mils of juice a day

i go from 0 to 24 ... i mostly vape for the flavors... and whatever flavors and nic content sound good to me from my local shop and what they have available in stock is what i go with... i can take or leave the nic
