What mg strength do you vape?

Im at the 36mg all day....
in fact, that the only strength i own,
in all my carts and juice...

i have noticed MANY here at a level far lower...


just wondering if anyone is at the same 36 all the time?


then again,
it hasnt been long for me (vaping in general) (35 days)
so i haven had much time to even try to step it down..

i was smoking full flavor newports (about the worst of the worst)
and/or djarum blacks (likely even worse than the newports!)

...at a rate of a little over a pack a day

I was a ultra light smoker for many years and I'm happy at 18mg. Tried a lower nic level, but it didn't seem to be satisfying. So for now 18mg is my strength of choice.

Well that explains it, I'm thinking. If the 36's are helping you avoid the cigs, then it certainly ain't broke, no need to fix it. You'll step down when you're good & ready.

(although maybe you can try alternating at first, with lower carts throughout the day...to ween?)

I am primarily at 18. I sometimes vape at 24, other times at 11. But 18 seems to suit me most of the time.

starting out with a mix of 24 and 18 mg liquids. Going to experiment around with strengths. I cut down from being a pack+ a day smoker over two years ago to a light/ medium smoker (well under a pack a day most days) of lights on a regular basis. But when I partied I could smoke 2+ packs of whatever strength was offered.

It's only 36mg for me too. Anything less and I'm chain vaping all day trying to get 'enough.' Funny thing is I only smoked ultra light 100's and I wasn't a heavy smoker. I've concluded that it wasn't the nicotine that kept me addicted to analogs.

I smoke 36mg to get me started in the morning
and if i get stressed out,
otherwise i vape my blends which are probably something near to 5mgs or less
because i'm a cheapskate when i mix... can't stand seeing my bottle getting emptier.

I probably don't really need the extra kick at all.
Right now i'm expermenting with alcohol in the mix
to see if a better throat hit will make me happy.

Of course my ultimate goal is to vape only zero nic, YMMV.

smoked either marlboro reds , camel full or pall mall full an 100's for 24 years , pretty much did 10ml of 8 mg 555 at first then went up to 11 my next order i will do 18 and stop there . i have tried some 18 in another type but didn't like the flavor but the strength was good for me.

If/when I ever feel the need to reduce the mg's, I'm going to keep buying the 36mg and cut it with VG, vodka, and LorAnn oils to try to keep costs down. I'm spending a lot more on e-cigs than I ever did on analogs.

Im 36mg all day long. I work from home so all day really is all day for me. Curious enough i have had my PT for 3 weeks and just this evening i plugged it up directly into my laptop instead of a hub and wow, now it really is a beast. Before it was no better than one of my shorties but alas, operator error prevented me from understanding its potential. So while vaping at home i might need to step down to the 24's when using that PT.
