I was a pack & a half a day regular camel and went with 11 mg right away. I haven't felt like I wasn't getting enough nic at all. The sample 8 mg did seem weak but the sample 18 mg made me twitchy, I couldn't imagine needing more. I plan to drop to 8 mg gradually. Haven't done analog since I started vaping.
