Hello,

I would like to order replacement heads for my Vivi Nova Mini and am confused with what resistance to buy. I used an Ego Twist C, like lots of TH and Vapor.

Also, can someone clear up something for me? Are there actually two different types of atomizers? I was under the impression that an atomizer (when used in the context of clearomizer, cartomizer, atomizer) would be the head that you just drop a few drops of juice into and take a few puffs and reload (no wicks, cotton, etc.) I am confused because when I go to order replacement heads for my VN it calls them atomizers, too. Is this just a ploy to confuse the heck out of us? Are atomizers actually the thing inside a clearomizer? Thank you.

They are all atomizers, as in "they 'atomize' the juice".
You have the dripping atomizer, as you said you drop a few and vape a few. They do use wicks also, generally small ones. There are(was?) the bridge atomizer, I can't elaborate on that, never saw one.
The Clearo is a atomizer inside a "clear tank", with long enought wick so you carry the juice to to be atomized.
So, the Vivi head atomizer is the assembly with the wick/coil resistance.

The atomizer is the part of the system which... does the atomizing. It always consists of a heating coil and a wick of some kind. The thing that goes in the vivi nova or any clearo for that matter is called an atomizer head. Vendor labeling isn't always consistent, so do a little research before buying.

If you have a twist, you can go with whatever head resistance you want. LR (1.8) will work better on standard egos due to the fixed low voltage. Since you can turn up your volts, you may want to pick a 2.4-2.8 ohm to reduce the chance of burning your juice if you accidentally leave the voltage too high from something else.

The magic number is 8 watts, and the equation is V x V / R. Adjust from there.
