I've got a Volt cig-alike. Its great, its pretty, but I want to start getting more vapor. Looking into an ego sized setup.

Needs: Must look cool and must be durable. I'm a college student and I take it to parties and ragers because its crazy how good these things are for meeting people. Preferably not too long. I was thinking of getting the Volt Spinner with a SI mini t3, as together they wouldn't be very long.

If anyone knows what the clearo on top of the silver battery in this is, that looks all kinds of cool.

Can't help with the clearo question; the one on the right looks like a T3......
I'm using eGo-C Twists (650mAH) and they work well for me....I'm a "light" vaper, so one will last me all day (YMMV!!)....but the Vision Spinner 1300's are made to "go the distance" and use the same charging system as the eGo's... BUT, they're larger than what you're looking for, I think!! Smaller eGo's are available, but they won't hold a charge as long - not too much of an issue, if you carry SPARES!!:D
Just my:2c: -- others will chime in with more suggestions, I'm sure!!
Best of Luck!
Happy (vaping) Trails!

A small (under 700mAh), inexpensive, 'stick style' battery and a mini Protank would be a good, sturdy, small setup. Since it isn't an event that would last a really long time, the battery should be big enough. The entire setup should be inexpensive so if something happens to it, you wont be out a lot of money. Good luck and have fun!

Ego batteries are, in my opinion, pretty fragile and not up to much physical abuse. I'm not really clear about what "ragers" are (I'm 59 but I'm relatively hip to most terminology as I have a 18 and 19 year old), but it sounds like kinda physical stuff?

My suggestion would be a Smoktech Gripper. It's a pretty durable "gripper-style" mechanical box mod that uses an 18350 battery (approximately 7 - 8 hours use). A 45mm length cartomizer fits into the side of the mod to make the form factor shorter and fit easily in a pocket. A gripper extender is available to be able to use other juice attachments besides the XL cartomizers. $25 for the mod and $4 for the extender.

I use this mod when stealth vaping at the cinema. It's tiny but hits like a freight train because of the 18350 battery. I recommend using AW 18350 IMR batteries.

I'm with oldog, Mini Protank 2 ontop of an eGo (c/twist), eVod or Vision spinner would be perfect. Another option would be a full eVod set (eVod battery and tank)

If you're looking for something small I'd just get the Ego. They're cheap enough that if you break one or lose one it's not the end of the world. I'm a college student too, I normally use a Nemesis clone when I go to parties. I don't want to take my real nemesis because I'd be out $200+ if I lost it, but the clone is durable and wouldn't be a huge loss if it turned up missing. They can be had for about 29 bucks on fasttech.
