I started noticing pieces of o-ring floating around in my juice so i decided to take my tank apart to clean out the pieces of rubber. Now for the life of me, I can not get the cap back on the tank. I lubed the tank up with my juice of choice on both the o-ring and the glass. I push and push and push and the o-ring does not want to fit itself in between the cap and the tank. It is the same ring I got out of the box(tube).

Decided to start pulling crazy ideas out and the cap is sitting in the freezer to hopefully "shrink" the ring down just enough to fit inside the tube.

I don't have an IBtanked but I was wondering if they would be like the Phiniac? Where it has to be strait on for it to go in. I have trouble with my Phiniac the same as you are having. Fight and fight with it sometimes after cleaning it lol. Then I just give up for a while and use my trusty MT3"s or T3's. They don't fight with me lol. Will you please post and let us know if the freezer trick worked. TIA

Freezer trick didnt help one bet. Guess it is just swelling. Now it is time to dig up some rings i have laying around here to see if I can get those to swell to the appropriate size.

I have all my old ones sitting in the sun under a black cloth right now. That should take care of the swelling pretty quick.
