I was rewicking my Helios dripper and I forgot to lock the mod button, as i was pulling the cotton through I picked up the mod and it fired and burnt the piss out of my finger. Each individual coil wrap left a burn mark. The burn mark is actually white. Several layers of skin burnt probably.Them suckers get hot quick.

We were out camping in the forest. A buddy of mine had his Nemesis on him. Being the genius that I am, I left my friend in charge of our heat-related survival gear. He decided it would be a wonderful idea to leave all of the matches and lighters at home, and only brought firewood, gas (for the lantern), and a cheap firestarter that didn't work.
Our friend took the cap off of his TOBH, removed the cotton, and attempted to use the mod + heated coil to ignite the lantern. Needless to say, he succeeded...in igniting our tent.
Lesson of the day: Never leave two idiots alone and ask them to get a fire started.

Took a refreshing dip in the Gulf of Mexico recently. Had an ego in the cargo pocket of my trunks. It's Mrs. Kodiak's fault of course. She wouldn't let me skinny dip.

Happily vaping away until I realize juice is leaking down my battery and onto my hand.

Forgot to put the little silicon grommet thing back on the post.

Fought and fought to get kanthal wire thru the small pos/neg posts on RM2 for REO. And I said, well DUH !! I was putting coil on wrong side of the posts. I mean I fought that battle like I was gonna die if I didn't get those wires thru the posts !! Duh!!!

Dry burned a coil, wasn't paying attention when I reached for the cotton. Laid my arm right against the coil I had just burned!!

Hopefully, won't do that again!!

Put a mech mod in my pocket without locking it and the button triggered. It got red hot and left a black spot on my jeans. My own stupidity.

Bought a Protank to use for tank cracker juices that I couldn't use in my polycarbonate Unitank and (I bet you can see this one coming) proceeded to go ahead and absent mindedly fill the Unitank with my Hot Cinnamon liquid.

Took my Aqua clone apart to try some airhole enlarging Tried real hard to remember how to put it back together got it close but center post on bottom was crooked. Worked for 2 builds. Built it today shorted out[ center pin loose as hell] -threw the base in the trash. Also in dark in Bed Vaping on my last 808d spinner, put it in half cup of coffee instead of holder

Ok, this has happened to me twice ( you think I would have learned my lesson by now). I heard a gurgle and decided to fire my mpv and look down the tip and I it popped and crackled and it got in my eye (hurts like ALLLLLL get out) ad the kicker is I had eye glasses on to boot, next time I hear a gurgle I WILL not be an idiot and look down the tip, I don't know what in the name of heck possessed me to do that, but I did. DO not be stupid like me and do this!!

Went out for a few drinks and didn't lock my nemesis after putting it in my pocket, by half past 8 I had no juice left in my kayfun and a completely destroyed wick. Was not happy.
Another one is a friend had a sigelei 15w tube mod and some completely unmarked battery, just bare metal and no wrapping. His mod started to heat up but luckily another friend who's into vaping knew it was going bad and got the battery out the window before anything went really wrong. He was calling me the next day to see if I had a spare battery . I've also dripped 72mg nicotine whilst mixing some DIY juice and talking to my brother. Heaved my lungs out.
