What tank for the Don

I'm looking to purchase the don and have never purchased a tank yet.

I'm just looking for something that will suit the width of the don and not hurt its sleek design. Something that has a similar width to the don would be ideal.

I use the chromed smoktek DCT tanks, VPX cartomaters, and the DCT MAP tanks on my don. All three match up beautifully, but I have a preference to using the VPX red or blue tanks. I bought one of the brushed finished XL tanks and one of the beveled tanks. After polishing both to a mirror finish, I put one beveled top and one flat bottom on the blue and red bodies. Just my opinion, but I think it looks better that way.

hows the airflow on the tanks once they are tightened all the way down onto the don?
i had a don but everytime i used a tank i had to ensure i lifted the tank up on the carto a little to ensure there was airflow

Same as me. I can shove them all the way down, but that pretty much closes off the airflow. I leave a hairline gap which is only really noticeable if you hold it up to a light. One of my VPX tnks is cut slightly off level which acts like a sort of spacer. One edge bottoms out and leaves a gap on the other side. I keep meaning to disassemble it and true it up but have just been using it as an expendable "dont-care-if-it-falls-off-the-table" tank.

I modified my Don by grinding down a spare atty connector so that it would leave a small gap when used with a Smoktek tank. Basically I just assemble spare parts depending on what tank I want to use.

If you don't mind a clear tank, and it's cheap to boot, go with the Smoktech.

Well although i had sme leakage problems now taken care of with some teflon tape on the bottom cap thread and it leaks no more the vision stone tank matches very well.

+1 on the J tank.... 3ml size looks like it was made for the Don... Plus one stop shopping...

Depends on the tank.... 3ml carto tanks are all about the same size... similar capacity dual coil tank will be skinnier... Ce2 tanks I couldn't tell you since I don't have any...

I use a Big Daddy SS tank from Big Daddy Vapors. I looks great, size is right and the price was great!

I also use an iAtty on my SS Don. It looks like it was made for it.

I've used a 3ml J-tank and had it work beautifully on my don. Looks nice too.

I would got with the SS Easy Tank for the don it matches nicely
