Its a DID atomizer, the knurling above and below the tank gave it away, and yes the driptip is removable.

Thanks man. Hmm, only link I can find is this mmvapors.com

I was hoping to find the very same atomiser, but all I see is various spare parts, no idea which bits make up that particular DID. I'm betting it would work out expensive, and I think it's one of those with mesh wicks which are harder to coil and get going from what I saw of an AGA T2 video. Ah well, thanks anyway.

and yup thats the DID 20, i prefer the gemini myself tiny top cap = big time flavor. in any case the kraken is better.

setting them up is easier then many think, after a little experience it takes around 10 minutes using this method:

yup comes in satin and polished, and the clear section is optional and that will be exactly what you see in the picture. a very well made unit, heavy, solid and dependable. one of the standards which fueled many copies and clones to this day. replacement tanks can also be had from ibtanked and bedazzletubes. but i dont know if they fit that perfectly.

over my vaping journey i acquired two - both the polished and the satin/brushed.
then got the gemini
and put it on a poldiac mod from them lol.

MMV man! pure quality.

it may not be the geni you stick with forever but for many people it is rarely one they will part with even when moving on to try others.. an awesome guy to deal with

The 20 mm DIDs look good on 20 mm Super-Ts.

not my photo.

Is that the same size glass tank as the one in my OP image? It looks smaller. Maybe that's the 2ml for the mini and short DID?

That's a great video, makes it so easy, I'm inspired. I'd watched a video of a DID atomiser build, and the guy (creator of the DID I think) took forever blow torching, dipping in water to cool it, torching again, cooling, etc, which seemed so time consuming and pretty much had put me off mesh wicks.
I'm glad I don't have to do that, and I don't have a blow torch anyway. She also seemed to get the whole coil lighting up perfectly without adjusting it. I watched a video of an AGA T2 build, and the guy spent ages moving the wires to get rid of hot spots and getting all the coil to light up evenly.
