I think this is the only draw back. I have to have plug ins in every room now..I get used to the smell of my home, but go some where for any amount of time and come back....:unsure:...ugh..smells of dogs, bunny, lizard, and water turtle..not to mention hubs and sons feet, and whet ever else has been fermenting in this house since it has been erected... I cant let the trash get full anymore. it smells too quickly. It is crazy...now other ppl prolly think my house smells good.
I like when driving by a steak house...OMG...instant hunger.. Or out by the roses or honeysuckle, at a farmers market......now these are the pluses!!!:)

Every Spring I have to go out to the back yard and pick up the land mines my dog leaves during the winter. I did it last year before I quit and it was bad, but nothing terrible, but this Spring it was horrid. She usually goes well away from the house, but, standing by the house, I could smell it. THEN I had to go pick it up. Next year I think I'm going to need a nose clip.

And I can smell a smoker from far away. I actually told several of my friends that they were troopers for putting up with me when I smelled like smoke.

My daughter just left and I have one close friend who still smokes. She wasn't too happy when I asked her not to smoke around me until after my daughter left because if I smelled of smoke, my daughter wouldn't hug me. That use to piss me off but I totally understand now.

Love this thread. I remember telling my sister, about 2 weeks after I switched to vaping, that everything stinks now! "My kids stink, my house stinks, even I stink!" lol

That's when I started a major spring cleaning binge. Thankfully my senses have calmed down now - but that first few weeks after getting back my sense of smell was intense!

My dad, who smoked for 60+ years got his sense of smell back after only a couple weeks from starting to vape. He can actually smell dinner cooking. But, along with the good, he has to deal with the bad...he made mention that he can smell his pit bull dog's gas (too darned funny)

I had the opportunity not too long ago to walk down to the main office of my apartment complex, just after a rain, while the flowers were still blooming on the trees. I've always thought the after rain smell was fabulous, but now, it is even more wonderful. I could smell all the flora and the rain, I wanted to stay out there for hours and soak up that smell!
