Just like when I smoked cigarettes, the first thing I do when I wake up is make my coffee and then have a vape.
I also have a hard time getting going in the morning, I don't know why but I want an analog at that time. Generally I get started about 8 and make it the rest of the day with vape only. I used to have a real issue with getting my vape on right after meals but I learned that if I vape like crazy for about 30 minutes the desire for an analog will pass. My advise is hit the vape really hard in the morning and the desire will pass, I am working on that myself so good luck. I will be happy when I can say I have switched totally over (only 2-3 analogs a day now, down from 2 packs).
