What to do if my item is lost through transit, (seller, just buying time)

Hello, i have a big problem with 3fvape where i ordered my Vaporflask v3. my last update was on feb 14th saying it has left china air port and route to Canada.
I m sure by now the item is lost and i have tired contacting 3fvape couple times by email. first they told me to just wait, due to Chinese new year, so i have.
I have waited 1 week and still no updates. I dont know what to do , i m very furious and upset as I have all the new drippers and tanks ready for my VF.

please i need some advice on what to do next.
