So while planning for my trip to cedar point (great roller coaster park in Ohio) I thought, oh can I vape, or will I go crazy in the smoking holes around the park? So. Am I allowed to vape in the park, and also, I grabbed a magneto with an 18650, (so if it gets lost I'm not too bummed) and an hcigar aqua clone, just because I prefer it to the kayfun and I didn't want to have to drip around the park. Thoughts on the setup, as well as the rules/laws.

I've been to Cedar Point many times. None recently though. Last time I was there, the newest rides were Top Thrill Dragster and Millenium Force. So its been a while. I say vape away and if you're confronted by Cedar Point staff, just play the "sorry, I didn't know" card. I bet if you took a couple puffs here and there, and you weren't too obtrusive about it, you might be safe.

One of the people in the Cleveland Vapers club was there last week and he said he vaped all over the park. He is a cloud chaser and he was telling about the big clouds he was blowing in the park. A few of us got on him about keeping it discreet. The rule is to the smoking areas with you, if you do not draw attention to yourself you should be fine from what he said.

I was at Universal Studios a couple of weeks ago and vaped all over the park. On our last day an employee told me they had changed their policy and vaping was relegated to smoking areas. I said thanks for letting me know and he moved on.

When around crowds I am discrete and no one else said anything the whole time. At least he knew what it was and was apologetic, I've had people get irate and tell me " you can't smoke here" I tell them "thank you, I haven't smoked in 4 years" :)

I spent a day in Panama City while on vacation in Florida last week. We went to a huge water park where smoking was only allowed in designated areas. Naturally, in a water park you can't carry your PV around with you when you are in and out of the water, so I left it in a locker thinking I could go back and forth and vape outside the locker room.

What happened was I didn't feel the need to go and vape. I went all day and thought about it twice for about 20 seconds and said, "Nah, it's too far to walk". We are far less addicted to nicotine than when we smoked and that day proved it for me. When I smoked, I would have been back to the locker once an hour.

After I got dressed when the park closed, I sat under a tree and vaped openly while waiting for the rest of the family to come back from getting dressed. I vaped in front of park employees who said nothing and acted like it was fine with them.
