Pay it forward. The only thing it will do is give someone else a chance to quit. Someone that smokes lights might find it good. I dad my first 2 kits for less than a week total before searching for better. But they held me over until the next step. Gifted both like new. the cost was negligible compared to the feeling I got from helping someone else.

You could slap an rba onto one of the batteries....can't get it to fire though so that's the only drawback.

Like many others, I suspect, my first introduction to e-cigs was at the convenience store where I bought my analogs. I got a starter kit from Blu and while it was neat in a gimmicky sort of way, it didn't do much to help me get off the analogs and I almost gave up e-cigs. Fortunately, I discovered better ways to vape and I haven't had an analog since doing so.
My question, though, is what to do with my Blu? Seems a shame to toss it.
Is there a way to improve performance?
Can I use the batteries/cartos/charger with other product?
Is there something cool about the minis that I'm missing out on?

Toss it its JUNK! Thats what I did with my 510 pen style set-up 3 + years ago when I moved into a mod..

I did the same thing. 2.5 years ago I bought the No.7 for $100.00 and put it away the next day. Didn't try a real ecig again until 3 months ago. Now I want to sell the No.7 but feel bad about selling it because it's junk.

See what happens when people try a weak-low vapor-short battery life pen style e-cig... Most go back to smoking....
It takes a big battery mod with LR attys/or VV to satisfy a smoker... Toss the No. 7 also....
With the new cheap starter VV e-cigs available--Ego Twist for instance... It gives new vapors a chance to get of the smokies with something that can satisfy their urge for nicotine.....

I went through this same phase about 3 years ago. First e-cig I tried was from nJoy, before I even knew that there were better products. It was OK, but not enough to get me completely off cigarettes. After I discovered the eGo stuff, I never looked back. (Have since moved on to a Lavatube / Nova combo- that's the sweet spot for me.)

At no time along this whole path did I ever concern myself with "Gee, how can I continue to use this old, crappy thing which I decided to replace with something better?" You've heard of the concept of throwing good money after bad? Consider the Blu to have been an educational experience, toss the batteries into the recycling container at your local Best Buy, and the rest into either the trash or the municipal recycling stream.

Aren't Blu's 510 threaded? I'm not sure but I thought I heard that somewhere, in which case you could try lots of things on them.

Yes they are a 510 connection. I too started with the Blu and hated it. It ended up in a drawer. A few months later I got a real mod and found I could use the Blu carts as back ups. I just passed my entire Blu set on to a buddy who's interested in switching. I did give him the warning though that its no where near the best representation of vaping

I have the 7's starter kit and though I have since bought an eGo, I still use the kit and will until the batteries die. One month in and I am really getting a lot out of the kit. Refilling the cartos has been great and I have even gone most of a day one one fill. The eGo is a better vape but the kit also will do the job for myself. I could have saved a lot of money by either sticking with the kit longer or starting with the eGo setup. Of course being new to it all I did not know very much.

Each person will experience a different learning curve.

You could always sell it to someone who likes and uses blu and use the profit to buy more of your preferred type. My husband and I just started blu and I like the flavoring, drag and the fact they sell it at our local walgreens. He'll probably upgrade and move on but I am a casual vaper so I could see staying a while. All I know is it is TONS better than the random disposable we bought at walgreens. Worse comes to worse you could also give it to a friend who is thinking about making the switch.
