Ive been a smoker for a long time, and just discovered E-cigs at the mall the other day, but $120 seemed a little much for the piece of crap they were offering. I have my first baby one the way in 5 weeks, and need to be done smoking before he gets here!

Ive spent a good portion of the day on this site, and Ive settled on 2 models, either the DSE-901 from E-smokeytreats, or the M-402 from absolutelycigs.com.

Anyone have an opinion on either of these? Im weighing pros and cons. The 901 is more expensive, but way faster shipping, good warranty, and I know its a cosmetic thing, but can get a kickass looking atomizer from Wicked. But a lot of people say it has trouble with battery life and going dry fast.

The 402 is a lot cheaper, and garnering some really good reviews, but with the kid coming so soon, waiting 10 business days on shipping would put me a lot farther behind on kicking smoking faster.

Just really torn on what to choose, any input would be appreciated!! Thanks in advance!!

Do the NPRO's you buy in travel centers or Costo have a warranty?

RN4081/Npro
Yes...they have the same warranty as online...I ordered one online as well but it has not arrived and I did not want to wait around...It was actually cheaper at the truckstop

Oak Park Mall is where I saw em. How well does the one you bought in Blue Springs work?
It's a hard drag sometimes, and other times it isn't...but, I have only hit it about 15 times so perhaps there's an art to it...I've got a 901 on order so that will give me a frame of reference...I will tell you, I'm not happy with the traditional flavor...but I can tell I'll get used to it or switch to a flavored juice

Hey guys. I actually live in Blue Springs MO. Where are you finding your e-cigs at around here?
TA Travel Center. Actually, it's in Oak Grove, so it's a little further east. They have NPRO cheaper than online and don't get me started on NJOY's crappy shipping...Ordered one online, paid $30 to ship the next day, and it's still not here.

I have to agree with hobson - I am looking for a good mini right now and am trialing several models. I just got the M-402, and my first impressions were that this was going to be a keeper - it looks great (and there are a LOT of colors and patterns available on this model,) and it feels great. However, it is a very hard draw, and the cartrides don't hold very much. I'm not totally enamored with the Joye510, particularily with the very hard cartridges (the M carts feel much better,) but as far as ease of the draw, I'd reccomend the 501 over the M-402.

I'd suggest a pen style over any of the minis. You get an easy draw, long battery life, and long cartridge life. I have an RN4072 and love it. You'll find that a lot of people are down on the RN. The only other pens I'm aware of are the DSE801 and KR108. The only one I can fairly reccomend is actually the RN though as I have not yet tried the other two.

Last word of advice - get yourself some sort of a case. They're inexpensive and worth every cent. If you end up getting a mini, you'll want plenty of extra cartridges and a spare battery with you, and if you don't have a good way to carry it, you're not going to end up taking it with you anywhere.
