I have been using JB-Kwik (5 minute version of JB-Weld) but it doesnt seem to get rock hard once cured so its failed on me a couple of times (atty connector started moving)

I also got a 60 2 part clear color epoxy (cant remember the name) from the hardware store, and this too doesnt harden like a rock once cured, more like really hard rubber.

So what are you guys using?

Here's an idea for you plastic box folks.
solder a copper washer to your connector and epoxy that inside the box.

I stove solder my connector when using copper, and press the connector into the aluminum boxes.
PG/VG are 'solvents' and will eventually soften even the JB weld.
Leave a little extra wire length just in case the connector does get loose.

Looks like strong stuff mamu, is that what you are using in Merlin's and Denali's?

I use it in all my mods. It's great for plastic to plastic and also plastic to metal. The 15 minute set time gives me enough time to putz with it to get it where I want it. I do use it quite liberally though - there's a reason I call myself the epoxy queen!
