3.7-4.2v mostly with my 2.5ohm CE2's in tanks..I'm running at 4.4v with my drip on demand and a homemade atomizers out of CE2 parts with Carmel Tobacco as I type this..one flavor that I don't vape often (coffee) around 3.3-3.5v because it's harsh if I do but it's not in a tank just a CE2 clearomizer 2.5ohm and usually I use it on my mega auto 510 battery. Sometimes I go up to 5v when my cartomizer seems to be getting gunked up to burn some off so it lasts a bit longer before I clean it. It really depends on the juice, ohms, the kind of carto/atomizer and personal preference...

Just tried today. 3v with a Single Coil 1.6ohm carto and to get the same hit and vapor as with a dual coil of 1.6 ohm, I have to up the volts to 6v.
Just trying to get my supplier to understand that his 1.6ohm cartos are NOT Dual Coils as I can't go over 3.2v with them as the juice then burns. So they must be Single Coils.

to those running low resistance and dual coil...... i thought the lavatube pulled the voltage down to 3.7 no matter what you set it at if youre using low resistance (or dual coil).... at least thats what ive managed to figure out from all ive read....
Correct. If you using 1.5ohm then you cannot go over 3.7v. DC or SC otherwise you exceeding the 2.5A max. My choice would be 2ohm SC as it gives you a wider range of voltages to choose your sweet spot.

I usually vape at 3.7 to 4.7, I have this one atty though, it just will not fire unless its at 4.8 or higher. I use it for dripping and all is good, it just likes the high volts. Its sister attys that came with are all normal, they vape well at any voltage. It really depends on my juice, with a few like MBV's Extreme Ice I sometimes crank it up to 6v but its a low 12mg nic.

I just got mine yesterday. I love it! I'm not sure the resistance of my atty, I'm using the one that came with it - which isn't too bad. So far, with my 30/70 PG/VG juice it seems pretty good around 4.0v. Anything above 4.5v is too harsh for me. I vape a lot, constantly in my waking hours. Because of this, the flavour (from my old eGo-C) would disappear after about an hour from waking up. Now, if the flavour changes, I just either ramp the voltage up or down and I'm able to get the flavour I want. Awesome :)
