I was doing a self portrait in graphite when my friend texted me. I wasn't vaping at the time, but I vaped V-Spot and OMG from KBV while I was reading the article online. It was somehow all that more satisfying!

awesome, I was down the road in Plant City having some drinks & vaping a DIY chocolate concoction I call Chocenstein. Nice to see another vaper from Lakeland on here.

Be merciful, even as your Father is merciful. “Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven."
Luke 6:36-37

Hate doesn't mend hate. If some felt justice was done by the death of one person, then I am sorry.

I will respectfully "agree to disagree" with you.

Vaping? I just got a box in the mail from FSUSA minutes before I heard the news. I was sitting at my kitchen table with atties all over the place, dripping like a lunatic trying everything out at once. Naturally.

On a less enjoyable note than Freedom Smokes WONDERFUL rendition of Lark (my ciggie for years and years, and they REALLY CAPTURED THE TASTE):

Thank you Levitas. I felt what you felt, and didn't know how to say it right. It's a pretty dark world right now, and killing a man, or any number of men makes it no lighter.

"You have heard that it was said, "An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.' But I say to you, Do not resist an evildoer. But if anyone strikes you on the right cheek, turn the other also." Mathew 5: 38,39

Really hard words to live by. But if you come from a certain belief system, not really negotiable. I fall short, but I try.

I'm sorry, I know I got a little off track - without attempting to insult anyone, I wanted to express how I felt. It seemed to me that the situation was being looked at like a sideshow at a carnival. It was, of course, just a question but despite your intentions when asking the question, I feel that it is disrespectful.

I guess this whole thing sort of irks me because while I empathize to an extent that some might find closure in the death of one who caused so much pain, that it really didn't make any difference. There are many problems we have in this world and in our country caused more so than the actions of one man. I am tired of not being able to avoid such headlines as if the world is right and no longer to problems exist. Or, that for one moment we can be united because of this person's death. Do I feel that it was wrong to kill this person? I cannot say - it is not my place to judge death on anyone (thank God). Whether it be this person or the next, evil will always have it's place in the world. Posting a picture to it and allowing ourselves to become wrapped in a cacoon of hatred will only ensure more evil to come. I don't believe in it, I don't want to see it anymore. I wake up with hopes of seeing headlines indicating that more jobs are available for the unemployed men and women of our country (like myself). Or to see that we've finally come to terms with a viable and affordable healthcare plan for everyone (including some who cannot afford it, also like myself). Not to see my entire country elated because of one man's death.

I'm sorry, but I'm going to do me. If my opinion is rash and overall is unexcepted, that's fine. I'll not hide it though, respect and understanding.
