What would you like to see in a Ejuice supplier

So as some of you know, some associates of mine and I are preparing to market our e-liquid (I'm with holding the company name until we go live).

We are not importing e-juice and re-flavoring, we are producing our own e-juice. We have been producing for a little over 6 months for about 2 and a half dozen e-cig users.

What I want to know before we finalize our site, labels, packaging, etc.

What do you, as the end user, want to see in your Ejuice provider?

A large variety of flavors and strengths.

Fast shipping.

Reasonable price.

Flavors and Strengths (will range from 0mg-36mg in increments of 6mg) is definitely not an issue, we are holding the flavor list until we start offering samples to the general public.

Still on the fence about shipping, we had kicked around requiring signature with proof of 18+ ID, some feel however this would be a unpleasant extra step however, so it is still under discussion.

So far I noticed the following items:

1) Wide selection/Variety
2) Fast Shipping
3) Reasonable Prices
4) Not too many "quimicals"
5) Taste & Quality

I'd also amend to your list

6) Good customer service;
I skimmed through a lot of the suppliers threads in the forum and it seems a good indicator of customer satisfaction is a lot of communication between the two parties. Ensuring that the "correct" products they are seeking arrive in a timely manner.

7) Periodic Promotions;
This is probably a surefire way I'd buy from a supplier. Making sure to keep things fun. I noticed that there's currently a supplier that offers contests to win stuff or get discounts. That's the sort of stuff that peaks people's interests

8) For kicks, maybe you can get a hot model to rep your juice. Using the term, "Getting your juices flowing" to your advantage :D

Good luck and I'm looking forward to seeing what you guys have in stock.
Just my $0.02

Aside from all the other very good suggestions above, I would want the following.

First, you really need to update your profile so we know where you are located. I assume the U.S., but have no clue. The only thing I know for sure is that you are a supporting member with 32 posts.

Second, disclose the actual ingredients in your product both here and on each bottle. The more transprency, the more trust you will gain from vapers.

I think it would turn people off on the showing ID and signing to get your products. I would not order if that was the case. Pain in the hiney.

My 2 cents:

You can't please everybody so do the best YOU can do. If you go at it with too many options and flavors and so forth you run the risk of bogging yourself down and pleasing none of us. Be prepared, some people on this forum are very quick to throw you in the fire. Really take a hard look at what you can offer, consistently, what you can ship, consistently, and go from there. If it's only 8-10 flavors at first or whatever, that's ok. You can add later as you get up and going. You can have the best juice in the world but if it gets held up in shipping cause you're overwhelmed, word will spread fast here and your goose will be on the grill.

Pick some random people here to do reviews for you and then go back and adjust the flavors till you get it right. Other suppliers have done this with success.

I personally like the glass bottles but that's my opinion. A lot of people like strong flavors so they can cut it, myself included.

OK, I think you got my 75 cents worth. :)

Good luck!

I agree and a 1-800 phone number.

If I were to market e -juice ..I would create a sampler package of different flavors ...

Sorry, gonna have to say no on that one. It's just another way to associate E-smoking with sexuality, which could bring harm to us later as an advertising scheme.

Sounds nice though.
